Some journeys begin with a destination.
Mine began with a question.

Some of my earliest memories cannot easily be explained.
Long before I understood concepts such as spirituality, psychology or personal development, I experienced life as something much larger than what could be seen.
Those experiences started a lifelong search for meaning, identity and human potential.
15 years in leadership roles after military training.
30 years exploring bodywork, coaching and personal transformation.
A continuing journey into consciousness, meaning and identity.
The stories we tell ourselves become the lives we live.
The body often knows what the mind has not yet understood.
Clarity emerges when we reconnect with what truly matters.
Some teachers arrive as people.
Others arrive as books.

It became a place between chapters.
A place to pause.
To reflect.
To listen.
And perhaps discover what life is trying to tell us next.
